DeepBot Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 6, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using DeepBot ("the Platform"), including but not limited to the DeepBot Trader Bot (@traderdeepbot), DeepBot Wallet (@walletdeepbot), the DeepBot AI Copilot ("Dale"), any associated bots, tools, APIs, websites, or services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using DeepBot, you confirm that you meet this requirement. DeepBot is not available to users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of DeepBot complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. Nature of Service
DeepBot is a non-custodial cryptocurrency trading toolkit. DeepBot provides tools, interfaces, and an AI assistant that interact with decentralised blockchain protocols and smart contracts on your behalf, based on your instructions.
DeepBot is NOT:
- A financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment manager
- A custodian of your funds, tokens, or digital assets
- A licensed financial services provider
- A guarantor of trade outcomes, token safety, or market performance
DeepBot IS:
- A toolkit that executes trades on decentralised exchanges based on your instructions
- A non-custodial platform where you retain full control of your private keys
- A provider of AI-assisted analysis, data aggregation, and trade execution tools
4. Not Financial Advice
Nothing provided by DeepBot, including but not limited to AI responses from Dale, safety scan results, token analysis, trending data, signals, KOL tracking, portfolio summaries, or any other feature constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Any analysis, opinion, or suggestion provided by the AI Copilot (Dale) is generated by an artificial intelligence model. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on outdated data. The AI does not have the ability to predict future prices, guarantee outcomes, or assess your personal financial situation.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. DeepBot presents data. You decide.
5. User Responsibility
By using DeepBot, you acknowledge and accept that:
- All trades are your decision. DeepBot executes trades only upon your explicit instruction and confirmation. You bear full responsibility for every trade you initiate, approve, or configure.
- Automated trading carries risk. If you configure automated strategies (shotgun strategies, autonomous mode, copy trading, or any auto-execute feature), you accept that trades will be executed automatically based on your configured parameters. You are responsible for setting appropriate risk parameters including but not limited to position size, maximum spend, stop loss levels, and safety filters.
- Cryptocurrency is inherently risky. You can lose some or all of your invested funds. Token values can go to zero. Liquidity can be removed. Smart contracts can be exploited. DeepBot does not guarantee the safety, value, or performance of any token, trade, or strategy.
- AI can make errors. The AI Copilot may misinterpret your instructions, provide inaccurate analysis, fail to detect risks, or execute trades differently than intended. You must verify trade confirmations before approving execution.
- Tax obligations are yours. You are solely responsible for determining, calculating, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from your cryptocurrency trading activities. DeepBot does not provide tax advice and does not file reports on your behalf.
- Security is your responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet private keys, PINs, recovery phrases, and access to your Telegram account. DeepBot will never ask for your private keys. If you share your private keys with anyone, any resulting loss is your responsibility.
6. Wallet Security and PINs
DeepBot provides PIN protection and security features as a convenience to help protect against unauthorised access. However:
- DeepBot cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of unauthorised access.
- If you lose your PIN and fail identity verification, account recovery may not be possible.
- The Panic PIN feature transfers funds to a user-designated cold wallet. DeepBot is not responsible for the security of that cold wallet.
- PIN security does not protect against compromised Telegram accounts, compromised devices, or social engineering attacks.
- You are solely responsible for choosing a secure PIN and keeping it confidential.
7. Safety Scanning and Token Analysis
DeepBot integrates third-party security services including but not limited to Blockaid for token safety scanning. While DeepBot endeavours to provide accurate safety information:
- Safety scan results are provided by third-party services and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete.
- A token labelled "Safe" is not guaranteed to be safe. It means it passed the checks available at the time of scanning. Tokens can become malicious after scanning.
- A token labelled "Risky" or "Dangerous" may or may not result in loss. These labels indicate elevated risk, not certainty of loss.
- DeepBot does not audit, verify, or endorse any token, smart contract, or project.
- The filtering of tokens (e.g., "94 launched, 91 rejected") is based on automated heuristics and may include false positives or false negatives.
- You should always conduct your own research before trading any token.
8. Emergency Sell
DeepBot offers an Emergency Sell feature that monitors blockchain mempools for potential rug pull transactions (liquidity removal, LP decrease, large developer sells). This feature:
- Attempts to front-run malicious transactions by executing a sell before the malicious transaction confirms on-chain.
- Is not guaranteed to succeed. Private transactions (e.g., via Flashbots), custom smart contracts, and network congestion may prevent Emergency Sell from executing in time.
- May trigger false positives. Emergency Sell may execute sells based on transactions that appear malicious but are legitimate.
- May fail to detect threats. Not all rug pull mechanisms are detectable through mempool monitoring.
- Is enabled by default but can be configured by the user. Enabling or disabling Emergency Sell is the user's choice and responsibility.
DeepBot shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Emergency Sell failing to execute, executing incorrectly, or not detecting a malicious transaction.
9. Third-Party Integrations
DeepBot may route trades, bridges, or swaps through third-party protocols and services including but not limited to:
- Decentralised exchanges (Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc.)
- Aggregators (Jupiter, 1inch, etc.)
- Bridge protocols (LI.FI, etc.)
- Data providers (DexScreener, CoinGecko, Bubblemaps, etc.)
- Security providers (Blockaid, Honeypot.is, etc.)
DeepBot is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any third-party service. Third-party services may experience downtime, errors, exploits, or changes to their terms that affect DeepBot functionality. Your use of trades routed through third-party aggregators is subject to their respective terms of service.
10. User Integrations
If you connect third-party platform API keys (e.g., Arkham, Nansen, Dune) to DeepBot:
- API keys are encrypted at rest and used only to query data on your behalf.
- DeepBot does not store, share, or log your API keys beyond what is necessary for the service.
- You are responsible for the security of your third-party accounts and API keys.
- DeepBot is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms as a result of API key usage.
- You may disconnect and delete your API keys at any time through conversation with Dale.
11. Revenue Share and $DEEPAI Token
DeepBot operates a revenue share programme for holders of the $DEEPAI token. Participation in the revenue share programme:
- Requires holding a minimum of 100,000 $DEEPAI tokens.
- Is subject to snapshot timing, holding period requirements, and other conditions that may change.
- Does not constitute a guarantee of returns, dividends, or income.
- The $DEEPAI token is not a security. Purchasing $DEEPAI tokens is not an investment in DeepBot as a company.
Revenue share percentages, payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and qualifying conditions may change at any time at DeepBot's sole discretion.
12. NFTs and Gamification
Achievement NFTs, PnL cards, XP, ranks, The Crown, and any other gamification elements:
- Are provided for engagement and entertainment purposes.
- Do not carry inherent monetary value unless explicitly stated.
- May be modified, discontinued, or reset at DeepBot's discretion.
- NFTs minted on blockchain are the user's property once minted, but DeepBot does not guarantee secondary market value or utility beyond the Platform.
13. Referral Programme
The DeepBot Referral Programme pays commission on trading fees from referred users. Commission tiers, rates, payout thresholds, and lock periods may change at any time. DeepBot reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or revoke referral commissions in cases of suspected fraud, wash trading, self-referral abuse, or any violation of these Terms.
14. Competitions
DeepBot may run trading competitions with prizes. Competition rules, scoring, eligibility, and prize distribution are at DeepBot's sole discretion. DeepBot reserves the right to disqualify participants and modify competition parameters at any time.
15. Privacy and Data
DeepBot collects and stores:
- Telegram user IDs and usernames
- Wallet addresses (public addresses only, never private keys)
- Trade history and portfolio data
- Conversation history with the AI Copilot (stored temporarily in cache, not permanently)
- User preferences, settings, and configurations
- Feature requests and feedback
DeepBot does NOT collect or store:
- Private keys or seed phrases
- Passwords (PINs are stored as encrypted hashes only)
- Government-issued identification
- Bank account or credit card information
Data may be used to improve the Platform, train AI responses, generate aggregated anonymised statistics, and operate features such as leaderboards and strategy sharing. Individual user data is not sold to third parties.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
DeepBot, its founders, developers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates ("DeepBot Parties") shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:
- Loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets from trading activities
- Trades executed correctly based on your instructions that result in financial loss
